Refund Policy
1. Our Philosophy
We don’t do refunds for work already done.
We’re not a SaaS, not a template shop, not a subscription service.
We write custom code. Once we start — it’s yours.
We believe in transparency, not tricks.
If you’re unsure — start with a $50 Technical Consultation.
It’s cheap, fast, and refundable if we don’t deliver the session.
2. $50 Technical Consultation
- Included Refundable if: The 60-minute session did not occur (e.g., we missed the call, technical failure on our side).
- Not included Not refundable if: The session was completed — even if you didn’t like the advice.

Tip: Use this session to get a clear scope and estimate — so you avoid surprises later.
3. Fixed-Price Projects
- Not included No refunds after work begins.
- Why? We start writing custom code for you. It’s not reusable. It’s not resellable.
- Included You can cancel before we start — 100% refund.
- “Work begins” = when we create the Git repo or send the first code commit.
You paid $1,500 for an API. We set up the repo, wrote auth logic, sent you the link.
→ No refund. The code is yours. We did the work.
4. Hourly Projects
- Not included No refunds for hours already worked.
- You pay for time, not results. We track time transparently (screenshots, Git commits, weekly reports).
- Included You can stop anytime — just say “stop”. You pay only for hours logged up to that moment.
You hired us at $60/hour. We worked 8.5 hours. You cancel.
→ You pay $510. No refund. We delivered 8.5 hours of work.
5. Maintenance & Support Packages
- Not included No refunds for used hours or active periods.
- Included You can cancel anytime — no further charges.
- Billing is pro-rata — if you cancel mid-month, you pay only for days used.
$300/month for 5 hours support. You used 2 hours in first week, then cancel.
→ You pay $300. No refund. Hours were available — you chose not to use them.
6. How to Request a Refund

Subject: “Refund Request – [Your Project Name]”
Include:
- Order ID or invoice number
- Reason for refund
- Proof (if applicable — e.g., missed consultation)
We respond within 5 business days.
7. When We Might Make Exceptions
We’re humans. In rare cases, we may offer:
- Partial credit toward future work (not cash refund)
- Extra hours free to fix a misunderstanding
- Goodwill gesture — if we truly messed up (e.g., missed deadline without notice)
But:
- No obligation. No guarantee.
- Always at our discretion.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Do not open a chargeback without contacting us first.
If you open a chargeback on Stripe, PayPal, Wise, etc.:
- We will contest it with evidence (emails, Git commits, time logs)
- You may be blacklisted from future services
- We may pursue legal recovery of fees + chargeback penalties

9. Changes to This Policy
