1. General Questions
Who are you?
We are a team of senior engineers who write production-ready code. No designers. No marketers. Just developers.
Do you work with startups or enterprises?
Both. We’ve worked with solo founders, funded startups, and enterprise teams. Our process scales.
Where are you based?
We’re a remote team working across time zones. All communication is in English.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign NDAs before accessing your code or business logic.
How long have you been in business?
We’ve been delivering code for clients since 2020. You can see our portfolio for real projects.
Can I talk to a real engineer before paying?
Yes. Book a $50 Technical Consultation — you’ll speak directly with a senior developer.
2. Technical Process
How do you start a project?
Step 1: You describe the task. Step 2: We give estimate. Step 3: You approve. Step 4: We start coding.
Do you use Agile or Waterfall?
We use lightweight Agile: daily updates, Git tracking, weekly demos. No ceremonies. Just progress.
How do you communicate during the project?
Via email, Slack, or Telegram — your choice. Daily updates. No radio silence.
Do you use Git?
Yes. Every project is in a private Git repo. You get full access from day one.
Do you write tests?
Yes. We write unit and integration tests for all new code. For refactoring — we add tests before touching logic.
What if I want to change the scope mid-project?
We’ll adjust timeline and cost. No surprises. Everything is documented and approved.
3. Pricing & Payments
Why is the consultation $50?
It’s a filter. Serious clients book it. Time-wasters don’t. You get 60 minutes with a senior engineer.
Do you offer fixed price or hourly?
Both. Fixed for clear scope. Hourly for evolving or maintenance work.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Revolut, and crypto (USDT, BTC). Invoices provided.
Do you require upfront payment?
For fixed-price projects — 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. For hourly — weekly invoices.
Is the $50 consultation refundable?
Yes — if the session didn’t happen. No refund if we delivered the consultation.
Do you offer discounts?
No. We price fairly from the start. No games. No “50% off” traps.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes. Automatically after payment, or on request. With VAT if needed.
4. Code & Ownership
Who owns the code after delivery?
You. Full intellectual property rights transferred after final payment.
Do you use open-source libraries?
Yes — only permissive licenses (MIT, Apache). We audit for security and compatibility.
Will you hand over the source code?
Yes. Full Git repo, documentation, setup guide. No lock-in.
Do you obfuscate or encrypt the code?
Never. You get clean, readable, documented source code.
Can I hire my own developer to maintain the code later?
Yes. We write code so any mid-level engineer can understand and extend it.
Do you keep a copy of the code after delivery?
Only if you allow it for support. Otherwise, we delete it after 30 days.
5. Support & Maintenance
Do you offer post-launch support?
Yes. Hourly rate: $50–80/hour. Bug fixes, small features, optimizations.
What’s your response time for support?
24 hours on weekdays. 48 hours on weekends. Critical bugs: 4 hours.
Do you offer SLA?
Yes — for ongoing maintenance contracts. 99% uptime, response time, escalation path.
Can I buy a maintenance package?
Yes. From $300/month for 5 hours of support + monitoring + minor fixes.
Do you help with server issues?
Yes — if we deployed it. If not, we’ll audit and advise (hourly rate).
What if I find a bug after delivery?
If it’s our fault — we fix it for free within 14 days. After that — hourly rate.
6. Security & Compliance
Do you follow security best practices?
Yes. Input validation, auth checks, rate limiting, secrets management, OWASP Top 10.
Do you handle sensitive data (PII, financial, health)?
Yes — with extra precautions: encryption, access logs, audit trails, compliance checks.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. We don’t store personal data unless required. We sign DPAs if needed.
Do you perform security audits?
Yes — as part of Technical Audit service or before deployment.
Do you use 2FA for your tools?
Yes. All team accounts (GitHub, Slack, email) require 2FA.
Can you help us pass a security review for investors or clients?
Yes. We’ll prepare documentation, architecture diagrams, and answer technical questions.
Do you have insurance or liability coverage?
We operate as independent contractors. Code is provided “as is” with liability limited to payment amount.
